June 14, 2004 The Octopus
The lazy crocodile wandered up the slippery flag pole with out the nuisance of fingering the person that drove him to it. There was an Eire presence as he stammered all the while, but never noticed the black bird waiting patiently for the food to be prepared. In the background there was a shimmer of doubt but it was gone too soon for anyone to notice.
In the end all that mattered was the pirates eye patch as he sailed gallantly into the blazing horizontal shadow of time. In the cave below rested an octopus who was too heavy for his own orange juice so he just watched TV until the radio station was discontinued.
